Leading Restaurant Group in Kuwait is - Commis - 1 , 2, 3 ( Pastry & Bakery )
Qualification:
Hotel Management Degree/ Diploma
Star Hotel / Premium restaurant experience
Age 21 - 30 years

Having good knowledge about Pastry & Bakery .
HACCP
Food Safety Knowledge
English Communication skills

Assists senior chefs in preparing all bakery and dessert items, manages daily production tasks, maintains hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
Production: Preparing and cooking pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts following recipes.
Preparation: Setting up workstations (mise en place), prepping ingredients, and ensuring supplies are stocked.
Quality Control: Monitoring baking times, temperatures, and presentation standards.
Hygiene: Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the pastry section.
