Position: Barista
Location: Kuwait

Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Hotel Mangement
Age : 21 to 30 Maximum
2.5 Minimum Passport Vaildity

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages according to company standards.
Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
Prepare espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, and other specialty beverages.
Maintain consistent beverage quality, taste, presentation, and portion standards.
Take customer orders and provide friendly and professional service.
Handle cash/POS transactions when required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, counters, and service area.
Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies and inform the supervisor when replenishment is required.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
Support other restaurant/service operations when required.
Work effectively as part of a team and maintain a professional appearance.

Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality environment is preferred.
Good knowledge of coffee preparation and basic beverage-making techniques.
Ability to operate professional coffee equipment.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good personal hygiene and professional presentation.
