Star Hotel / Premium restaurant experience
Age 21 - 29 years
Minimu 2.5 Years Passport Validity
Good Englsih Communication Skills

Job Summary:
We are looking for professional and customer-focused Waiters to join our hospitality team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a strong commitment to delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and provide recommendations when required.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to company standards.
Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for service.
Check on guests regularly and respond promptly to their requests.
Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the dining experience.
Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and report issues to the supervisor.
Clear and reset tables efficiently.
Assist with billing and payment procedures when required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a Waiter / Restaurant Service Staff is preferred.
Experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, fine dining, or catering is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-service-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good grooming and professional appearance.
Ability to work as part of a multicultural team.
GCC experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
