Hotel Management Diploma / Degree
Star Hotel / Premium restaurant experience
Age 21 - 29 years
Minimu 2.5 Years Passport Validity

Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, well-groomed, and service-oriented Food Runners / Assistant Waiters to join a premium restaurant group in Kuwait. The successful candidate will support the waiter and restaurant service team in delivering fast, accurate, and professional guest service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Waiters in providing smooth and efficient table service.
Collect food orders from the kitchen and deliver them promptly to the correct table.
Ensure dishes are presented correctly and according to restaurant standards.
Verify food items, table numbers, and special guest requests before serving.
Assist Waiters with serving food, beverages, and clearing tables.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables and service areas.
Clear used plates, cutlery, and glassware efficiently.
Assist in resetting tables quickly for the next guests.
Support the service team during busy periods and peak hours.
Communicate clearly with Waiters, Kitchen Staff, and Supervisors.
Report missing, incorrect, or delayed orders to the responsible team member.
Maintain cleanliness of service stations, trays, equipment, and dining areas.
Follow food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety procedures.
Assist with pre-service and post-service preparation duties.
Maintain professional grooming, behaviour, and appearance at all times.

Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience as a Food Runner, Assistant Waiter, Busser, Waiter, or Restaurant Service Staff is preferred.
Experience in a premium restaurant, hotel, fine-dining, or high-volume restaurant is an advantage.
Basic understanding of restaurant service and food presentation.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.
Physically fit and able to remain active throughout the shift.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good personal grooming and professional appearance.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural team.
GCC experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
