**Position:** QSR Service Crew / Team Member

### Job Responsibilities

* Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
* Take customer orders accurately through POS or counter-ordering systems.
* Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
* Assist with food preparation, packing, and order assembly as required.
* Ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and served promptly.
* Handle cash and POS transactions accurately when assigned.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, dining area, kitchen, and service areas.
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
* Replenish food, packaging materials, condiments, and other supplies when required.
* Assist with opening and closing duties.
* Handle customer queries and complaints politely and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
* Follow portion control, product quality, and company operating procedures.
* Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining service quality.
* Support other team members and perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

### Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience in **QSR, fast food, restaurant, café, or customer service** is preferred.
* Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
* Good communication and customer-service skills.
* Basic English communication is preferred.
* Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Good teamwork and willingness to follow instructions.
* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Good personal hygiene and grooming standards.
