- 1-2 Years Experience (5 Star Hotels or Premium Restaurants)
- Good English Communication Skills
- Minimum 3 Year Passport Validity

Job Description
- Greeting customers: Welcoming customers to the restaurant and providing menus
- Taking orders: Taking food and drink orders from customers and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serving food and drinks: Delivering food and drinks to customers and ensuring they match their orders
- Answering questions: Answering questions about the menu, ingredients, and food sensitivities
- Providing recommendations: Making suggestions for food and drinks, and informing customers about specials
- Handling payments: Processing customer payments and returning any funds
- Cleaning tables: Removing dirty dishes and glasses from tables and cleaning them after customers leave
- Handling complaints: Addressing customer complaints and ensuring they are happy
- Stocking supplies: Ensuring service areas are stocked with supplies like coffee, food, tableware, and linens
- Attending meetings: Attending meetings with kitchen and restaurant managers to learn about menu changes
