Job Description
- Cleaning: Vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and sanitizing rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and other public spaces
- Making beds: Changing sheets and towels, and making beds
- Stocking supplies: Ensuring rooms have clean towels, toiletries, and other supplies
- Guest services: Delivering and retrieving items for guests, such as irons and ironing boards
- Security: Ensuring the security of guest rooms and the privacy of guests
- Reporting issues: Reporting breakages, damages, safety issues, or vacant rooms
- Customer service: Responding to inquiries from visitors
- Maintaining inventory: Stocking and maintaining an inventory of housekeeping supplies
